After you choose a design on a particular items, OLARNA needs time to print the design. This is called processing time. The processing time for most goods is about 1-2 business days. The processing time may be longer on large orders and items with extreme complex printing. SHIPPING TIME

OLARNA offers global delivery. It usually takes 6-8 business days to the United States. The average shipping time to international is 7-9 business days.

So the delivery time for most merchandise is 7-11 business days.

Note: There may be uncontrollable circumstances (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) to cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, our carriers may encounter some situations and delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time, the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

As we are also doing international trade business, personalized items that you buy from us may be imported products in your country. In some cases, you may be subject to customs or import duties, also known as import taxes once a package reaches its destination country. It's the buyer's responsibility to clear customs and pay the relevant customs duties. As customs policies vary greatly from country to country, we are unable to calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. Please collect as much information as possible in terms of the import taxes in your own country before you place your order.
